What, Me, Cook?

I threw together this pesto recipe the other night and it was simply FABU on a couple of chicken breasts baked in the oven.

If I can do it, so can you…

3 cloves garlic

2 cups fresh basil leaves

3 tablespoons pine nuts (pignolia)

1 dash salt and pepper

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Toss Garlic into the food processor/blender. Then add the Basil, and Pine Nuts. Start drizzing oil and then finally the Cheese. Slather on the chicken (and even toss with some pasta).

Easy ’nuff.
